Returns and Refunds

We understand that customers may change their minds after purchase for a variety of reasons. When this is the case, the following terms apply.

Cancellation before order is fulfilled-

Where an order is cancelled before we post the item, customer is entitled to full refund.

Cancellation before order is fulfilled-

Where an order is cancelled after we have postd the item, customer bears return postage. We will only make refund after we receive item back from customerand also in same condition in which we posted item out.

Order not received/item received damaged/Wrong item received-

Where item is not received by customer after 10 days of postage, cstomer is entitled to full refund. Where item is received damaged, customer is entitled to full refund if item is returned, or partial refund if itm can still be used by customer. Where wrong item is received, we will arrange for wrong item to be returned and then arrange for a replacement to be sent out to customer.
