Refund policy

1. We will make full refund if customer request that their order be cancelled before we dispatch item.

2. Any request to cancel after order has been dispatched will not be processed immediately. In this case, refund will only be made after customer post item back to us in same condition in which we postd item out. After receipt of item back is the above condition, we will refund customer less cost of initial postage (Partial Refund).

3. Where item is received damaged, or where we sent out the wrong item to customer, we will bear the full cost of sending a replacement.

4. Where item is lost in transit/not delivered, we bear the full cost of sending out a replacement, or make full refund at customers request.

5. In every other case, the provision in (2) above applies
